Deborah and Dylan from NSW chose the Whitsundays as their wedding destination, deciding to elope on the beautiful Whitehaven Beach. They were driven in a Rolls Royce to their seaplane and flown over to the pretty much secluded beach where there was a sprinkling of white clouds, a beautiful breeze and of course, a fabulous setting awaiting.
After saying “I do” in front of their celebrant, a stunning photographic shoot ensued. As part of their wedding selection, they chose a Peach & Pear Cheese and Antipasto Platter to enjoy at their leisure before being whisked away on their seaplane once again for more photographs on the mainland. There are many beautiful photo shoot locations in and around Airlie Beach and they were even lucky to be serenaded by a busker on a boat at Abell Point Marina. The owners allowed them on board and even supplied bubbly and tissues to mop away the tears.
Later they enjoyed a privately prepared candle lit dinner on their very own balcony at their exclusive luxury accommodation house One Oceanview to be followed by a spectacular and decadent cake prepared by award winning local cake maker Whitsunday Baked Creations.
The benefit of a destination wedding in the Whitsundays is that all of the suppliers are local people with a love of the surrounding area, their back yard. This, along with years of experience, great working relationships and a desire to deliver to you everything you wish for, gives you exactly what you want – your dream wedding.
