Peach & Pear Catering – Terms and Conditions

We are dedicated to making your event memorable, fun and super tasty.

Using only the finest, freshest ingredients we can source, we strive to provide outstanding foods and an outstanding service to you and to your guests. The Terms and Conditions of our Agreement include but are not limited to the following:

  • All orders under $ 300 must be received at least 48 hours (not including weekends/public holidays) prior to event.
  • All orders require FULL payment prior to delivery, unless by prior arrangement (ie. Account customers)
  • All our accounts are ONLY for 7 days, unless by prior arrangement.
  • 48 hours (not including weekends/public holidays) are required for orders under $ 300. Full payment is required for orders cancelled less than that. This is because as a small business, we shop 24 – 48 hours prior to event to maintain the optimum freshness.
  • Free delivery within a 25km radius of Airlie Beach. For orders outside of this area a standard delivery fee applies based on distance.
  • Peach & Pear Catering has the right to amend prices without notice.
  • All catering equipment, including platters, bowls, serving equipment, styling items and others remain the property of Peach & Pear Catering. Any damaged equipment or non-returned items will be charged at a full replacement cost.
  • We at Peach & Pear Catering produce everything with love in our kitchen and endeavour to accommodate any dietary requirements. Although all care is taken, please note that there may be ingredients and/or traces of peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, sesame seeds, fish and shellfish, soy, wheat and meat products.
  • Full company trading terms and conditions to be read before and understood prior to confirming a quote/proposal.

Event Terms and Conditions

Event Terms and Conditions refer to any event pricing $ 301 or more.

  • Tentative event dates will be held for no more than seven (7) working days and all quotes are valid for 30 days.
  • Upon acceptance of Peach & Pear Catering quote and completion of Agreement, a 30% non-refundable deposit payment confirms your booking. Confirmation also requires credit card details to be held on the event of incidentals and breakages.
  • Final numbers are requested 14 working days prior to event. Please keep this in mind when requesting RSVPs.
  • We at Peach & Pear Catering produce everything with love in our kitchen and endeavour to accommodate any dietary requirements. Although all care is taken, please note that there may be ingredients and/or traces of peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, sesame seeds, fish and shellfish, soy, wheat and meat products.
  • Final payment is required seven (7) business days prior to your function. This is not applicable for account customers. Remittance advice is mandatory for all direct deposits.
  • Accepted forms of payment are cash, direct deposit, Visa, MasterCard and Zip Pay.
  • Please note that credit card payment will incur a 2.5% surcharge. Zip Pay payments will incur a 4.9% surcharge.
  • Any event that requires a staff member to remain past the setup/pull down time, will incur a cost of $ 50 per hour per staff member.
  • Confirmation of booking and/or return of Booking Agreement form confirms that you agree with these Terms & Conditions.
